Amazing Blackberry Basting Sauce
A 10-minute sweet and fruity basting sauce that is exceptionally good for pork or beef ribs.
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup blackberry preserves
Bring together blackberry preserves, ketchup, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, mustard powder and red wine vinegar in a medium bowl. Use to baste pork or beef ribs when grilling.
